Seating & views at WVU Coliseum
Renamed Hope Coliseum in a 2025 naming-rights deal with Hope Gas, the WVU Coliseum is a round concrete building whose cupped ceiling throws crowd noise back onto the floor. It seats 14,000, all in dark blue seats installed in 2020 to replace the original 1970 seating. A lower-level club area dates to 2004, and newer premium spaces include the Peak and the Clark Mountaineer Club. KenPom rated it the top home-court advantage in college basketball for the 2025 season.
Parking & tailgating at WVU Coliseum
The Coliseum is on the West Virginia University campus in Morgantown, and parking for basketball runs through university lots on game days. WVU Athletics publishes a dedicated basketball parking page on WVUsports.com each season, which is the best guide to public lots, donor parking and accessible spaces. A widened concourse with more concessions and doubled restroom capacity opened in 2016, so getting in and moving around is easier than it once was.
