Seating & views at Schollmaier Arena
Schollmaier Arena is the 1961 Daniel-Meyer Coliseum, rebuilt in 2014-15 and renamed for donors Ed and Rae Schollmaier. The renovation lowered the court several feet so extra rows could be added in the curves on each side, giving far more fans courtside-level views, and added a floor-level courtside club for season ticket holders. It is one of the smallest arenas in the Big 12. Fans nicknamed it Fort Dixon during the program's recent attendance surge.
Parking & tailgating at Schollmaier Arena
Schollmaier Arena is on the TCU campus in Fort Worth, so game-day parking is in university lots and garages rather than a dedicated arena lot. TCU Athletics publishes basketball parking and entry details on its game-day pages each season, and those are the best guide to which lots are open to the public. Crowds have grown sharply in recent seasons, with student turnout jumping for big Big 12 games, so arriving early for Kansas or Texas is a good idea.
